An initial reservation maybe made by telephone or email.
The booking will be held for 7 days. Complete & return the booking form along with your deposit.
The person who signs the "Booking Form" certifies that he/she is authorised to agree to the "Rental Terms" on behalf of all persons included on the "Booking Form
DEPOSIT - £100.00 / $145.96 per week
BALANCE - 12 weeks prior to arrival
An additional refundable security deposit against any damage or breakages- £100.00 / $145.96
(A cheque will be returned to you following inspection from the management company)
Cancellation Charges
Cancellations must be made in writing or via email. The following charges apply:-
All deposits are non-refundable.
Less than 8 weeks notice- Loss of 50% of the total booking cost
Less than 4 weeks notice- Loss of 100% of total booking cost
If through circumstances beyond our control it is necessary for us to cancel, we will refund any monies paid, without interest or further compensation.
The rental commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and ceases at 11am on the day of departure.

This is strictly a non- smoking accommodation.
Electricity, water and gas are inclusive.
A telephone is available for your use in the home. Local calls are free of charge. International and long distance will require a pre - paid phone card
PLEASE NOTE: Vacation properties are booked on a nightly basis.
Each marked date means that the property is booked for the night of that date.
Arrival time at the property is after 4.00 pm
Departure time from the property is 11.00 am
